Lotus notes Scanner error

When Lotus notes Scanner errors occurs you can work around this issue by disabling the Lotus Notes Scanner using the McAfee software.

In one case, a temporary workaround is to open the notes.ini file in a text editor and comment out the following lines by placing a semi-colon (;) in front of them. This disables the Notes scanner that ships with McAfee.

;AddInsMenus=NCMenu
;EXTMGR_ADDINS=NCExtMgr

NOTE: This is temporary because the commented-out processes will be readded to the notes.ini file the next time Notes is started.
